Design Build focuses on combining the design, permit and construction schedules in order to streamline the traditional design-bid-build environment and guarantee a maximum project price and delivery date.

iv. Value engineering in concert with the owner and architect
v. Prepare and continually update project schedule
vi. Administering safety program to eliminate work place accidents.

Administration of maintenance, rehabilitation and new construction using conventional methods and labour based construction approaches.
